Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply to bookings at Spiti Athina.

Bookings

Bookings can be made via our contact form, Airbnb or by email. A booking is final upon receipt of confirmation and deposit.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days will not be refunded the deposit.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out available on request.

House Rules

We ask our guests to treat the house and neighbours with respect. Parties are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outside.
